SHIPPING POLICY
This policy explains the delivery options currently offered by Top Innovation Garage Qatar.
DELIVERY AREA
Online checkout delivery is currently available within Qatar only. We do not currently offer GCC or international delivery through the online store. Contact our team before ordering if you need delivery outside Qatar; availability and charges must be confirmed separately.
QATAR DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard delivery: QAR 15, estimated 3–5 business days.
Express delivery: QAR 50, estimated 1–2 business days.
The options available for your order and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
ORDER PROCESSING AND AVAILABILITY
Orders are processed after payment and stock availability are confirmed. Some products may be special-order items or may require additional lead time. If an item cannot be supplied within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund of the affected item.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Business-day estimates exclude public holidays and may be affected by the delivery location, order volume, weather, road conditions, incorrect or incomplete address details, and events outside our reasonable control. Express delivery means the faster available service; it does not guarantee same-day or 24-hour delivery.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Please provide a complete Qatar delivery address and a reachable phone number. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Additional attempts caused by incorrect details or an unavailable recipient may require a new delivery arrangement and charge.
ORDER INSPECTION AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Inspect the package and products as soon as reasonably possible. If a parcel is missing, visibly damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been opened in transit, contact info@topinnovation.qa or +974 7006 0882 promptly with your order number and photos where relevant. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Qatar law.
PICKUP AND CARRIERS
Local pickup is not currently offered through online checkout. We may use different delivery providers depending on the order and destination; a carrier name shown in a notification does not change this policy.
