RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please contact Top Innovation Garage Qatar before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email info@topinnovation.qa or call +974 7006 0882. Include your order number, the product SKU, the reason for the request, and clear photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, does not match the order, or is not fit for the purpose represented, contact us promptly. We will assess the request and provide the repair, replacement, or refund remedy required by applicable Qatar consumer-protection law. When we are responsible for the issue, we will also cover reasonable approved return-delivery costs.

CHANGE-OF-MIND REQUESTS

Change-of-mind returns are considered case by case and must be approved before the item is sent back. To be considered, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Installed or used parts, opened fluids or chemicals, electrical or electronic components after installation, and custom or special-order items may not be accepted for change-of-mind return. These limits do not apply where applicable law gives you a remedy for a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product.

FITMENT AND INSTALLATION

Please confirm vehicle fitment before ordering. A product that has been installed, modified, damaged through incorrect installation, or ordered using inaccurate vehicle details may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit any statutory right relating to a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

RETURN DELIVERY

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. For an approved claim caused by our error or a defective, damaged, or non-conforming item, Top Innovation Garage Qatar will arrange or reimburse reasonable return delivery as required by law.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate the refund within 10 business days after approval; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Original delivery charges are refunded when required by law or when the return results from our error.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to cancel it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process above applies.
